Former Chelsea London coach Thomas Tuchel has no plans to take a career break and is ready to lead another club which could be Bayern Munich.
According to a source, Tuchel enjoys working at Bayern and would accept a lower salary than at a London club (around £ 8m a year). However, the parties have not yet officially entered into negotiations.
Tuchel, 49, led Chelsea from the beginning of 2021 and won the Champions League, the European Super Cup and the Club World Cup with The Blues. The new owner of the club from Stamford Bridge, American Todd Boehly has sacked the German after Chcelsea’s defeat in the Champions League at Dinamo Zagreb and replaced Tuchel from Brighton & Hove Albion with Graham Potter.
Contrary to the information emerging in the public space, Tuchel is not talking to Juventus Turin in order to take over the coach’s stool after Massimiliano Allegri.
Bayern also officially denies that it does not intend to fire the current coach Julian Nagelsmann, despite the fact that the players of the German giants are not satisfied with the eccentric coach.
