- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 piece of ginger 1 cm x 3 cm, peeled and grated
- 3 celery sticks, disinfected in cubes (optional)

Preparation of carrot soup with ginger
- Heat a small pot with the oil over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion with the garlic.
- Cook for about 2 minutes until they change color to a transparent and slightly golden tone, respectively.
- Cut the carrots into cubes to facilitate the work of the blender, blend together with half a liter of vegetable broth, the gingerthe fennel seeds, plus the fried onion and garlic.
