  • 130 ml of milk
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate 92%
  • 20 g hazelnut chocolate spread (choose your favorite brand)
  • 20 g erythritol (natural sweetener) optional (you can substitute sugar or stevia)
  • 1 1/2 sheets of neutral gelatin

Preparation of the chocolate cream flan

  • Soak the milk in ice water. When it hydrates, take it out and drain well.
  • Heat the milk well.
  • In a bowl we put; cream, chocolate and gelatin. We put the hot milk and dissolve everything well with the help of a balloon or rod.
  • Add the sweetener and put everything in flan moulds.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours until it sets.
