Iga Świątek defeated Tunisia in the WTA 1000 final in Rome on May 15th Ons Jabeur 6: 2, 6: 2, thanks to which she defended the title from last year. Thus, the beautiful dream of the Polish tennis player continues. Her next target is Grand Slam Roland Garroswhich will start in Paris on May 22.
The Sunday (May 15) victory in Rome means that, regardless of the result of the French Open, Świątek will remain the leader of the WTA ranking at least until June 6.
