A criminal case against Anatoly Polyankin was opened after the statement of the ex-artistic director of the Higher School of Performing Arts Konstantin Raikin, according to which Polyankin tricked him into signing a number of documents related not only to the transfer of the assets of the aforementioned theater school, but also to the shopping center named after Raikin. Polyankin pleaded not guilty.
