What the Court said was that Pina would be sentenced this Tuesday to 41 months in prison for illegal possession of two firearms. Which translates to three years and five months in prison for violations of the federal weapons law.
Before entering court, the employer stated that this is a very difficult time and that he is really not prepared for what might lie ahead: “My family is not completely prepared, there is no preparation for suffering, but well, we have to fight.”
