According to the No Fluff Jobs survey, 92.9 percent. of the surveyed Poles believe that showing the proposed salary is an important or very important element of job advertisements. On the other hand, 2.3 percent. considers it invalid or definitely unimportant, and for 4.8 percent it does not matter.

Although receiving feedback from the employer in the recruitment process is important for the majority of candidates (77%), providing this information to the recruited is not very frequent (only 20% of people received feedback often or always).
