This means a very big advantage over the competition – the second most popular brand in the Google browser took first place in 29 countries. It’s a BMW. Mercedes came third with a score of 23. The comparethemarket.com.au portal analyzed data from Google Trends in 154 countries.

The huge interest of Toyota Internet users is primarily the result of the fact that it is a brand that sells the most new cars in the world, with a very strong position also on the secondary market. Toyota is the producer of the most-bought global models, such as Corolla, RAV4 or Camry, and at the same time its range on individual markets is individually tailored to their specificity.
The interest of Google users is also aroused by legendary off-road vehicles such as Land Cruiser or Hilux and sports cars – GR Yaris, GR Supra and the new GR86 coupe. In addition, Toyota has a strong presence in motorsport at international, regional and national level. Toyota cars exhibited by Toyota Gazoo Racing and Toyota Racing Development are fighting for victory, among others in WRC, WEC, NASCAR, Dakar Rally and the World Championship in off-road rallies.
